All Beard & Lip Rollers must be returned in their original, unopened condition with packaging intact. Used or opened products cannot be accepted due to hygiene reasons.

Returning Defective or Incorrect Items
To return a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, follow these steps:

Provide a clear photo of the issue along with your order number and a brief description.
Once we review your request, we will contact you with a solution. All defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Standard Returns (Unopened Products Only)
If you wish to return an unopened Beard or Lip Roller for a refund, the following conditions apply:

Item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

You are responsible for return shipping costs.
